Honest Burgers Ltd's monthly special is a "Best of the South" burger. It features Homewrecker Pimento Cheese, a staple throughout the American South that perks up snacks, sandwiches, dips, and burgers!!! 

And of course, a Southern burger wouldn't be complete without The Garden of Eva's American Southern chow chow, a multi-vegetable pickled relish that Southerners love. 

I made chow chow with my Virginia-born mother every fall.  It may as well have been salt and pepper, given how much we used it (burgers, sausages, hot dogs, greens, beans, veggies, potato salad - if it was on the plate, chow chow often topped it).
